Health-Fitness assessments should be implemented routinely to test the: Agility, Endurance, Flexibility, Power and Strength of an athlete.

Those athletes who are healthy and fit lessen the risk of experiencing many forms of injury and therefore optimize the amount of time they may invest into participating in their chosen sport's.
